Client Overview
Highperformr is an AI-powered go-to-market platform that helps B2B sales, marketing, and RevOps teams identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential prospects at scale. With access to a vast database of contacts and companies and seamless integration across CRM and tech stacks, Highperformr empowers teams to uncover high-intent leads and act on them efficiently while aligning internal workflows for maximum engagement and business impact.
The Challenge
As Highperformr gained traction with larger customers, privacy due diligence quickly became a mandatory part of the evaluation process. Prospects requested formal reports demonstrating compliance with ISO/IEC 27701, GDPR, and CCPA before increasing usage across their teams. Internally, Highperformr faced a compressed timeline, evolving privacy expectations, and the complexity of managing contact and behavioral data across multiple jurisdictions. Without structured privacy controls, data mapping, and compliant reporting mechanisms, market expansion risked delays and increased customer friction.
Our Approach
Our engagement focused on shifting privacy compliance from a manual, reactive effort to a structured and repeatable process using WhizzC’s compliance platform. Since Highperformr was already leveraging WhizzC for ISO 27001, extending into ISO 27701 and privacy frameworks became significantly faster.
The approach included:
1. Privacy Gap Assessment
Using WhizzC’s pre-built control mappings, the team was able to align ISO 27001 controls with ISO 27701, GDPR, and CCPA requirements. This eliminated duplicate work and simplified evidence reuse.
2. Data Flow & Controls Alignment
Personal data categories, processing activities, and cross-border data flows were documented within the platform to establish controller/processor roles and jurisdictional requirements.
3. Operational Enablement
Automated policy generation, privacy notices, data subject request workflows, and records of processing activities (RoPA).
4. Training & Awareness
Security and privacy awareness programs for engineering, sales, and support teams to internalize requirements.
5. Continuous Evidence & Reporting
Centralized evidence repository, structured artifacts, and audit-ready reporting to satisfy certification and customer audits.
Execution & Collaboration
Using real-time dashboards and structured evidence mapping, both teams operated in sync. Privacy controls, documentation, and customer reporting moved in parallel avoiding the typical delays associated with privacy compliance initiatives.
The Outcome
With ISO 27701, GDPR, and CCPA compliance in place, Highperformr could now demonstrate strong privacy assurance at the exact moment customers began demanding it. The effect was immediate: security and privacy concerns reduced, procurement reviews became smoother, and buyers continued their evaluation with clarity instead of hesitation. Instead of slowing growth, compliance unlocked new market opportunities and strengthened customer trust.
Why It Worked
Strong collaboration, platform automation, and a privacy-by-design mindset turned compliance into a growth accelerator, not a barrier. Highperformr can now demonstrate trust and privacy assurance at scale, unlocking new markets and customer segments.
