We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build high-quality, scalable features across our compliance platform. You’ll own end-to-end modules, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ship fast and ship well.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features with clean, maintainable code
Lead architecture decisions for new services and core platform improvements
Collaborate with product & design to translate requirements into technical solutions
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across backend + frontend
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal microservices
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve engineering standards
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolutions
Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and best engineering practices
Requirements
4–7+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong expertise in React / Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL
Solid experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
Understanding of microservices, queues, caching, security, and API design
Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with compliance, security, or enterprise SaaS
DevOps exposure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI pipelines)
Experience building scalable admin dashboards or workflow systems
